All major leasers have free use privileges of the parade grounds, for their organizational meeting and event needs.

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS: Community based organizations and non-profit entities are preferred, however non-profit status is not mandatory. Commercial tenants must be low-visibility businesses. Commercial signage is restricted.
