All buildings are on National Register and in structurally excellent condition. All interiors are in excellent condition. All buildings and designated suites have professionally-restored hardwood floors throughout.

All major leasers have free use privileges of both the parade grounds and the Villa, for their organizational meeting and event needs.

All HEATING SYSTEMS are central gas-fired boilers with steam radiators in each room. In multi-occupant buildings, heating bills are shared pro rata according to square feet rented with small additional charges for common hallways, etc.)

ADDITIONAL UTILITIES such as water and sewer may be leasee-metered or pro-rated, depending on leased space arrangements. Pro-rated water & sewer costs, where applicable, are nominal). ELECTRICITY is individually metered.

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS: Community based organizations and non-profit entities are preferred, however non-profit status is not mandatory. Commercial tenants must be low-visibility businesses. Commercial signage is restricted.
