Adjunct spaces in the Carriage Houses, lower levels, and third floors provide rental "workshop," "studio," or storage space. Rental and utility prices are very affordable and vary according to contract lengths, depending on size, amenities and location.
Renovated Carriage Houses provide rental space for "workshops" or "studios." The carriage houses have electricity (but no phone), heat and access to rest room facilities in the Villa or B-27.
Lower levels provide rental "workshop," "studio," or storage space. The renovated basement rooms provide roomy studio space with windows, individual rest room and phone availability. These are in Buildings 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and T-2.
Additional spaces can be adapted to private renters' needs. These are available for lease at low rental costs in a unique and beautiful setting.
Third Floors provide rental "workshop," "studio," or storage space in Buildings 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33.
The NRHC, in the interests of historic preservation, maintains the exterior of the buildings and parade grounds. Utility cost estimates, building floorplans, lease forms and other information are available to organizations who want to lease space.
The Post Water Tower is available for lease as a signal tower.
